Maggi Pakor


Ingredients for the Maggi Pakora
500ml / 2 ½ cup ‏Water
1 packet ‏Masala Maggi
2 tbsp & 1 tbsp ‏Grated Cabbage / Patta gobi & Grated Carrot / Gajar
2 tbsp ‏Finely chopped Onion
2 tbsp ‏Cilantro / Dhania
1 tbsp ‏Capsicum / Shimla mirch
1 ‏Chopped Green chilli
½ tsp ‏Ginger Garlic Paste /Adrak Lasan paste
½ tsp each ‏Kashmiri red chilli powder & Garam masala
½ tsp ‏Butter
2 tbsp ‏Rice flour / Chawal ka atta
4 tbsp ‏Gram flour / Besan flour
3 tbsp ‏All purpose flour / maida
for coating ‏Raw & crushed Maggi
for frying ‏oil
as per taste ‏Salt







Instant Garlic Cheese Toast




Ingredients for the garlic cheese toast

·        4 slices ‏White or Brown Bread
·        50 gram ‏Butter
·        6 to 7 ‏Cursed Garlic cloves
·        1 ‏Mild Green chilli
·        ½ tsp ‏Chilli flakes
·        1 tsp ‏Cilantro / Dhanya
·        75 gram ‏Cheese (I am using go pizza cheese if you are using Amul cheese then use 2 blocks)









BURGER PATTY



INGREDIENTS FOR BURGER PATTY:

3-4 Mid – Size Potatoes
1-Cup Rice Flakes
1 Mid – Size/30 Gms Onion (chopped)
1 Mid – Size/30 Gms Carrot (chopped)
¼ Cup/40 Gms Beans (chopped)
¼ Cup/30 Gms Peas
¼ tsp. Salt
3 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter

INGREDIENTS FOR SPICE MIX:
¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder
¾ to 1 tsp. Salt (or as per your taste)
½ tsp. Mango Powder
¼ tsp. Cumin
¼ tsp. Parsley
½ tsp. Paprika
¼ tsp. Garlic Powder

INGREDIENTS FOR BATTER
½ Cup All Purpose Flour
¼ Cup Corn Starch
¼ Cup Corn Meal / Polenta / Makki ka Atta
1 Tbsp. Refined Vegetable Oil
½ tsp. Salt or As Per Your Taste
1 Cup Ice Cold Water

OTHER INGREDIENTS YOU WILL NEED
 8 Sesame Buns
Mayonnaise (100% vegetarian)
Lettuce Iceberg or Nappa or Chinese cabbage



Eggless Mayonnaise





Ingredients (1 cup = 255 ML)

·        1 cup oil any neutral flavoured
·        ½ cup full cream milk chilled
·        ½ tsp sugar
·        salt to taste
·        ½ tsp mustard powder / mustard sauce
·        ½ tsp pepper crushed
·        1 tbsp lemon juice
·        1 tsp vinegar

Ingrdients for cholle 

To Boil  Cholle

  • Cholle ( Chickpeas )          1 1/4 cup
  • Water to Boil                      3 Cups
  • Small Bag or tea filter bag 1
  • Black Cardamom               2 - 3
  • Dry Amla ( Gooseberry )   4 - 5 Slices
  • Black Tea                           1 tsp
  • Cinammon Stick                1
  • Bay Leaf                            1
  • Salt                                    1/4 tsp 

For Tadka

  • Oil                                     2 - 3 tbsp
  • Hing ( Asafoetida )           A pinch
  • Carom Seeds                     1/4 tsp
  • Ginger Paste                      1/2 tsp
  • Garam Masala                   2 tsp
  • Turmeric                            1 tsp
  • Red Chilli                          1/2 tsp
  • Cumin Powder                  1/2 tsp
  • Fennel Powder                  1/2 tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder       1/4 tsp
  • Black Salt                         1/4 tsp
  • Green Chili                       1 slit

When Ready
  • Tamarind Water                2 tsp
  • Coriander Leaves for garnishing
  • Dry Fenugreek Leaves

Ingredients For Kulcha 
  • Lukewarm Water           1/4 cup
  • Yeast                              1 tsp
  • Sugar                              1 tsp
  • All Purpose Flour ( Maida )       3 Cups
  • Salt                                 1/4 tsp
  • Oil                                  2 tsp
  • Curd/ Yogurt                  2 tbsp
  • Flour For dusting
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Oil To apply

  • Tomato Sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
